Hybrid drive in a Sport Utility
Sport Utility vehicles popularity peeked in the early part of the 2000's. None were more noticeable than the offerings from veterans like Nissan, with its "Big Engine" Pathfinder and new entrants like Cadillac who had to "upsize" and "lux up" as they reacted to the Bigger Versatility purchase fad. With today's changing purchasing climate, recession and all, can Sport Utilities survive on the road without breaking the bank, killing off the environment, or becoming "deja vue" for drivers? The verdict is not out yet on Sport Utility vehicles like hybrid Lexus RX series. It will be something to watch in months to come.
